With 40+ years of experience across the global insurance and financial services industry, Gary brings deep expertise in scaling insurance businesses, building distribution-led growth models, and strengthening governance frameworks.
Throughout his career, Gary has held senior leadership and CEO roles across leading insurance organizations including New York Life International, Prudential Corporation Asia, and Colonial Mutual Group (now Commonwealth Bank of Australia), working across markets such as India, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Singapore, and Australia.

Gary currently serves across several boards and advisory councils including CreditAccess Life Insurance (India), Kaleido Life (USA), Lapetus Solutions, Archer Wealth (Australia), Olympus Capital Asia, and Seguros Monterrey New York Life (Chair and Non-Executive Director), contributing strategic insights across financial services and technology-led businesses.
He is also a Certified Chair Executive (Advisory Board Centre) and co-author of Financial Passages, a widely read financial literacy book that has reached over 300,000 readers.
