The Solution- Customer-centric Mobile App
iNube restructured and enhanced the customer’s existing mobile app (m-Chathra) and introduced new functionalities in the customer-centric insurance mobile apps for Buying /Renewing /Extending Travel/Car/Health insurance policy, locating nearest motor garage or hospital along with intimation and tracking of claims.
