Qualifications & Work Experience:

B.E  / BCA / MCA

1 to 4 years of IT experience

IT Skills:

  1. Should have good knowledge of SQL Concept and writing SQL queries.
  2. Taking calls from users, troubleshooting and application assistance (first call resolution, first line call) requests by fax, Email, mail
  3. Encoding tickets, update databases, Live Link with technicians for the good execution of planned works Analysis, planning and scheduling of the Customers request
  4. Record, process, and close, incidents or service requests.
  5. Record, process, and close, incidents or service requests.
  6. Be reactive in order to take the right actions to help the Customer in the shortest period of time
