Qualifications & Work Experience:
B.E / BCA / MCA
1 to 4 years of IT experience
IT Skills:
- Should have good knowledge of SQL Concept and writing SQL queries.
- Taking calls from users, troubleshooting and application assistance (first call resolution, first line call) requests by fax, Email, mail
- Encoding tickets, update databases, Live Link with technicians for the good execution of planned works Analysis, planning and scheduling of the Customers request
- Record, process, and close, incidents or service requests.
- Record, process, and close, incidents or service requests.
- Be reactive in order to take the right actions to help the Customer in the shortest period of time
