The Challenge

The customer had a multi-channel distribution model encompassing Bancassurance, Agency, Broking and Retail Direct Channels. The customer was in need of a unified and robust platform to manage all intermediaries and digitally enable them​.

The Solution

iNube bundled two products from its stack – Agent Virtual Office (AVO) and SellWell Mobile App to form a seamless platform to manage the customer’s intermediaries. ​

  • Solution coupled with customer’s core insurance system enabled real-time issuance of policy to end customers PAN India​
  • Mobility extension of AVO – SellWell extended the reach to tier 2 and tier 3 cities​
  • Locally hosted risk based premium calculation logic with daily batch process to push policy data into the core​
  • Built-in rules for Underwriter referrals. Enabled decision making on non-STP policies with Underwriter login​
  • Realtime sync of Mobile App and Web Portal​
