Main responsibilities and Opportunities:
2. Coordinate with architects and business analysts to determine functionalities, resolve issue and implement changes
3. Coordinate with the L2/L3 resource to assign tickets and tracing it to closure
4. Coordinate the FG team to priorities the ticket items so is to minimize escalations
5. Coordinate with the FG L1 support team to make sure that the established process is followed and activities are going in a streamlined manner
6. Reporting and categorizing recurring issue to enable iNube and FGI development team or support teams to plan permanent fixes
7. Provide reports regarding the status of work, resource availability and reporting risks
8. Being the liaison between the L2/L3 support team and FG.
9. Act as SPOC for the L2/L3 activities
10. Defect tracking and updates

Qualifications, work experience:
1 to 3 years of IT experience
Training or certification in C#, .NET, MVC
Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc)
2. ASP.NETFramework(4.0 and above)
3. MVC4.0 and above
4. SQL Server 2014 and Above (Triggers, Views, Stored Procedures)
5. Entity Framework and LINQ
6. HTML, CSS, JQuery
7. API, WFC
