- Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Facilitates the squad to become high performing.
- Helps in removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress.
- Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
- Fosters Collaborative culture.
- Owner of the empirical governance process.
- Keeps Scrum/agile artifacts visible.
- Use Agile Metrics for continuous improvement.

- Good knowledge and experience of working with various Agile methodologies and teams (aligned to agile values and principles)

- CSM certification is desirable.
