Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate/ Collaborate with sales team for requirement gathering, scheduling client presentations/ demos.
  • Test the demo instance for readiness for the scheduled demo(s).
  • Internal coordination with BAs/ delivery/ tech teams for details / updates/ additional info regarding the proposals / demos.
  • Make notes/ record the demo sessions for MoM and follow up on action items.
  • Make repository of the presentations/ demos provided along with the MOM and maintain tracker with regular updates.
  • Follow-up and track the status and action items for the closure with internal stakeholders / sales team.

Skills:

  • Any Graduate with 1– 2 years of relevant experience of technology pre-sales.
  • Knowledge and understanding of pre-sales activities in IT/ITeS sector.
  • Knowledge of giving product demos with system functionalities.
  • Basics of IT applications, cloud environment, database, coding, etc.,
  • Having knowledge on insurance domain – health, life, motor, marine, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • MS Word / PowerPoint.
