L3 Support Engineer

Overall job purpose:

Software Services (C#, .NET, MVC, SQL and Client side scripting)

Main responsibilities and Opportunities:

1. Analysis, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, Support, Maintain and Enhance applications

2. Coordinate with architects and business analysts to determine functionalities, resolve issue and implement changes

3. Interact with customer operations team and level 1 and 2 technical support, and vendors to determine their issues and requirements

4. Resolve and troubleshoot problems and issues.

5. Maintain and manage existing source bases.

6. Perform unit tests and fix bugs.

7. Run system tests and fix bugs.

8. Review and improvise code.

9. Configuration management tasks

10. Release management tasks

11. Defect tracking and updates

12. Planning and reporting

Qualifications, work experience:


2 to 4 years of Experience

Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc)

1. C#


3. MVC4/5

4. SQL Server

5. Web Services/ WCF/ REST

6. HTML, CSS, JQuery

7. Entity Framework 6.0

8. TFS


10. XSLT
