Roles & Responsibilities :
- Monitor ticketing tool and give solutions within SLA TAT.
- Coordinate with users, Business and vendors team and resolve issues
- Maintain track list of activities
- Business / Insurance domain knowledge – Added advantage
- SQL Server 2014 and Above (Triggers, Views, Stored Procedures), ASP.NET MVC, C#
- Server/Infra Hardware Knowledge
- Excellent Communication skills (written/oral)
