Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Monitor ticketing tool and give solutions within SLA TAT.
  2. Coordinate with users, Business and vendors team and resolve issues
  3. Maintain track list of activities
  4. Business / Insurance domain knowledge – Added advantage

Skills :

  1. SQL Server 2014 and Above (Triggers, Views, Stored Procedures), ASP.NET MVC, C#
  2. Server/Infra Hardware Knowledge
  3. Excellent Communication skills (written/oral)
