Main responsibilities
• Discussion with customer/project team to understand requirements/gap
• Requirement documentation (BRD/SRS/Gap Analysis Document Preparation)
• Requirement walk-through and getting requirement sign-off from customer
• Reviewing test cases
• Functional testing
• KT/Clarifications to Development & Testing Teams
• Status Reporting
• Client Super User Training
• Coordination during client UAT

Qualifications, work experience:
• Should have 4-8 years of relevant work experience in General Insurance
• Should have involved in implementation of insurance applications throughout all phases of SDLC
• Should have understanding of Portals for Sales Channels, Customers, Mobile Applications for Sales Channel and Customers
• General / Health Insurance Experience
• Licenciate/Associate/Fellow in General Insurance from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai
• Should have involved in implementation of insurance applications throughout all phases of SDLC
• Should have understanding of Portals for Sales Channels, Customers, Mobile Applications for Sales Channel and Customers
• General / Health Insurance Experience
• Licenciate/Associate/Fellow in General Insurance from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai
Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc)
MS Office, MS Visio, Knowledge on any Requirements Gathering Tool
