Overall job purpose:
Main responsibilities and Opportunities:
• Work closely with the project/program manager,testing team and with customer to produce statistical data and plan the activities for team
• Daily tracking of work items assigned to team, follow up to closure
• Experiend in Agile methodologies would be a plus
• Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless knowledge transition
• Assist/guide team members in resolving issues
• Excellent communication skills and People management skills
• Ability to understand and speak multiple languages would be a bonus
• Exposure to Insurance domain highly desirable
Qualifications, work experience:
(2 Years relevant experience in project management only)
Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc)
