A well established company in the insurance industry was seeking to provide a convenient platform to its retail members in order to manage their health insurance policies and enable self service. There was a need for a health insurance mobile app. This would improve claims experience for their existing customer base with smartphones and an increasing demand for self–service option among its customer base.

The Solution
