Staggered technical landscape led to delays in addressing dynamic customer needs and increased time to market for new products. They were in need of a unified integrated ecosystem for policy administration that could be easily accessed by both internal employees and external intermediaries, for policy issuance and policy servicing to customers.
iNube implemented one of its flagship product Agent Virtual Office (AVO) a single integrated platform for policy administration. This was accessible to both internal users and external intermediaries to take load off the Core insurance system by enabling policy issuance in the portal.
